OUR TEAM

I started my career in senior care. I sat with people at the end stage of life — the last chapter of the book — and what I heard, again and again, was regret. The things they wished they'd done sooner, while they still had time.

Addiction care is the opposite. Give someone the chance to turn it around and you've handed them another 30, 40, even 50 years. Now I hear those comebacks firsthand, and that's why I show up. It matters to me.

I chose this career through the eyes of a child who learned what addiction was long before I knew much else. After watching family and friends face it, I knew recovery was something I wanted to spend my life fighting for.
