IOP is the lighter of the two. PHP is full days of treatment, most days of the week; IOP is a few focused sessions a week, built to fit around work and family. Most people step down from PHP into IOP as they get steadier — though IOP can be a starting point too, if you're stable enough.
That's the whole idea. IOP runs on a few sessions a week, with daytime or evening options, so it fits around a job, classes, and family, instead of putting your life on hold. Recovery becomes part of your week, not a break from it.
A few focused sessions a week, daytime or evening — whichever fits your schedule. It's the lightest touch of our structured programs, designed for when you're steady enough to carry most of your day on your own.
Medicaid and most major insurances are accepted. Call us at (844) 534-3638 or verify your coverage online.
IOP is the last structured step — but support doesn't stop there. Our alumni program keeps you connected with sponsors, peer support, check-ins, and sober social events for the long haul. You're never handed off elsewhere or left to do it alone.
